Fruit extracts: healthy potions

Everyone is crazy for fruit extracts! 

They can be made with fruit or vegetables, and they are a good alternative to the regular fruit juices, milkshakes or other drinks. Fresh, energetic but most of all really healthy, fruit extracts make our body absorb important benefits, getting nutritive ingredients which can be found in fruit and vegetables.
How they are called says itself how different they are from regular milkshakes. When is about fruit extracts the real fruit juice is taken from the fruit, which is rich of all the vitamins and minerals, so leaving apart  the fruit or vegetable waste.
Fruit extracts are real healthy potions, rich of nutritional properties and for this reason suggested in many diets, like for example the purifying ones.
They are also a good choice for a snack, as they are low in calories, so this way you can avoid food not really good friend of your healthy weight.

Fruit extracts can be consumed during all the year, but particularly during the summer season they are good allies for our body. As the temperatures go up, especially in big cities , different wellness problems can happen to our body: too much sweating, changes on the blood pressure, swollen legs, and especially an higher energy consumption of our body to keep the inside temperature. So in this kind of situations drinks and liquid consumption becomes essential. Like today, for example,feeling weak because of the big city hot, I regenerated myself with this delicious fruit extract: peach, pineapple and banana.

Depending on the personal tastes there are many different combinations that can be made,creating different tastes and also, much more essential, many different benefits based on the chosen  fruit or vegetable.
In general apple and carrot are the most chosen ones, but adding a bit of celery or melon and some ginger we get a really appreciated alternative. Ginger, which gives much more energy, is a perfect natural antibacterial and it has got important digestive properties. Also kiwi, ginger and apple is one good combination  , especially for a good portion of  energy. Pineapple, instead really rich in vitamins A and C and calcium, magnesium and phosphorus has got important detox and purifying properties, perfect in fact to those who follows a diet for the hydric tension. Pineapple juice has got few calories and many nutrients. Same thing is for the celery, which has got digestive properties, and if we want to choose other vegetables we can choose peppers, cucumbers or carrots together with celery and grapes.
What is also chosen a lot are the tropical fruits, like for example mango and papaya. Papaya is rich in antioxidants, mango instead has got diuretic and antibiotic properties. We cannot forget the avocado : really loved and rich of many good properties too, but it's good to remember that is also rich in fats so moderation with quantities is essential. 

The benefits you can have from fruit and vegetables extracts are many, those drinks make our body purify itself, they can improve intestine functions and give to our skin a better and younger aspect.
It is also a different way of eating fruit and vegetables, and most of all to avoid junk drinks, which can contain many preservatives and other industrial elements to make them last. Something that can be prepared by our own hands can be for sure much healthier. Taste, freshness and good nutrients in a real healthy juice.
