Ballet, soul's expression

Ballet is a way to comunicate, through the movements it can tell either happy or sad stories, sometimes also tragedies. Ballet and dance in general talks through our body movements, we can express our feelings and emotions without using any words, but only using gestures and face expressions.
Ballet is also a way to make ourselves free from our routine's life problems, giving to our emotions a way to come out freely.

Ballet as a psico physical activity can produce positive effects: it is a physical activity which can make the body trained,improving the muscular tone, and making our movements light and elegant at the same time.
In those activities dancers are really focused and trained on the technique but the excellence can be achieved just if a dancer can actually feel in the character he is going to interpret,making it credible and giving to the public all the emotions he feels in the story.

We as ballet dancers practice this sublime art since we were really young, ballet is actually part of our lives, and we could not imagine to live without it now. We can stop dancing but never stop loving ballet.
Whoever enter in this world hardly could find the way to abandon it totally, even trough all the difficulties and sacrifices.

Ballet is the body's poem, it is a way to escape the reality; it's not just like readying a book, is like being the protagonist of the book.
Each time we interpret a character it will leave something of him forever.

All of us dance and move our body on the music rhythm; we dance when we are sad, happy,creativity lives inside all of us bodies and comes from the physiological movement.
